Paralegal

Kylie is a designated paralegal with Pier Law & Mediation. Kylie’s designation empowers her to provide legal advice directly to clients and assist them in almost all aspects of their family law case, including preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, engaging in family law mediations, and attending at some tribunals. Kylie frequently attends court alongside counsel.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Legal Studies from Capilano University and has been working as a designated paralegal since 2020. She has been involved in family law since 2016, building extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying legal needs. Kylie plans to complete her law degree in the near future and return to Pier Law & Mediation as a lawyer.

Outside of her professional work, Kylie enjoys exploring boutique fitness studios, discovering live music, and spending time at the local beaches in her hometown of Tsawwassen.
