Kendelle Pollitt LLB, Q.Med.
FOUNDER, MANAGING LAWYER, AND MEDIATOR
Kendelle Pollitt, LLB, Q.Med. is the founder and principal of Pier Law & Mediation.
Kendelle is both a family lawyer and certified mediator practicing in Surrey and White Rock.
After 15 years’ practicing family law in both Vancouver and Fraser Valley law firms, Kendelle decided to start her own South Surrey/Whiterock-based firm so that she could provide a more personalized and supportive service to those navigating divorce, adoptions, spousal and child support, and custody and guardianship.
Irene A. Pietrow
FAMILY LAWYER
Irene joined Pier Law & Mediation in April 2026.
Irene has been advising family law clients since 1985 and is a senior member of the family law bar. Over her career she has helped many clients reach negotiated or mediated settlements, and she has a keen appreciation for the value of resolving matters outside of court in a way that protects her client’s interests. Where settlement isn’t possible, Irene is an experienced and effective litigator who has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.
Stephanie O’Mahony

Stephanie O’Mahony works as a family lawyer with Pier Law & Mediation.
Stephanie is a long-time resident of the White Rock area, where she has raised her three children. She is particularly engaged by travel, nature, history and art.
Julie Brown

Julie Brown is a family lawyer with Pier Law & Mediation.
Julie has practices exclusively in family law for over a decade. She represents clients on a range of issues including parenting time, relocation, division of property and debt, determination of excluded property, child support and spousal support.
Monica Rudd

Originally form the White Rock area, Monica is delighted to join Pier Law & Mediation after over eight years of family law practice in the Fraser Valley.
Monica is passionate about assessing each client’s needs and crafting strategies to effectively and efficiently resolve each case. She will fight for what is right while treating those involved in the dispute resolution process with respect.

Tanbir Dhami has practised family law exclusively since his call to the bar in 2023. He handles child support, spousal support, division of property and assets, parenting arrangements and parenting time, and relocation, along with cohabitation and marriage agreements, separation agreements, and desk order divorces.

Sareena obtained her Juris Doctor (with Honours) at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia in 2018. Prior to attending law school, Sareena graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Greeta Kaur Sidhu is a family lawyer with Pier Law & Mediation.
Greeta earned her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2020, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology at Simon Fraser University.
Peter Leask, KC
MEDIATOR
Peter Leask, KC is a Mediator with Pier Law & Mediation.
Harvard graduate Peter Leask, KC (King’s Counsel), is a Law Society accredited family law mediator and joined Pier Law & Mediation as a Family Law Mediator in November 2025. Leveraging his exceptional experience as both a Justice of the Supreme Court and a long-serving litigator, Peter is committed to constructive problem-solving; believing the court should always be the last resort.
Kylie Wystrach
DESIGNATED PARALEGAL
Kylie Wystrach is a Designated Paralegal with Pier Law & Mediation.
Kylie’s designation empowers her to provide legal information directly to clients and assist them in almost all aspects of their family law case, including preparing legal documents, and attendance at some tribunals. Kylie frequently attends court alongside counsel.
Kelly Watts
HEAD PARALEGAL
Kelly began her career in the legal field as a legal administrative assistant in 1987. In 1990, she commenced her paralegal studies part-time at Capilano University while continuing to work full-time. Since successfully graduating in 1994, she has excelled as a paralegal, specializing in personal injury, ICBC defense, and general litigation in her early career.
In 2003, Kelly shifted her focus primarily to family law, where she has worked with clients across all levels of court, favoring a collaborative approach to resolving disputes.
