Kendelle Pollitt, LLB, Q.Med. is the founder and principal of Pier Law & Mediation. Kendelle is both a family lawyer and certified mediator practicing in Surrey and White Rock.
After 15 years’ practicing family law in both Vancouver and Fraser Valley law firms, Kendelle decided to start her own South Surrey/Whiterock-based firm so that she could provide a more personalized and supportive service to those navigating divorce, adoptions, spousal and child support, and custody and guardianship.

While completing his undergraduate degree and taking criminology and business classes, Tanbir Dhami became intrigued the most with the law. Tanbir was drawn to family law to help support families through difficult circumstances with expertise and compassion.
Kylie Wystrach

Kylie Wystrach is a paralegal at Pier Law & Mediation.
Kylie is a designated paralegal with Pier Law & Mediation. Kylie’s designation empowers her to provide legal advice directly to clients and assist them in almost all aspects of their family law case, including preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, engaging in family law mediations, and attending at some tribunals. Kylie frequently attends court alongside counsel.
Kelly Martin
PARALEGAL
Kelly began her career in the legal field as a legal administrative assistant in 1987. In 1990, she commenced her paralegal studies part-time at Capilano University while continuing to work full-time. Since successfully graduating in 1994, she has excelled as a paralegal, specializing in personal injury, ICBC defense, and general litigation in her early career. In 2003, Kelly shifted her focus primarily to family law, where she has worked with clients across all levels of court, favoring a collaborative approach to resolving disputes.
